Thursday Evening Social Event - Take Me Out to the Ball Game!!!!!

Join us Thursday evening for a great social evening at Dickey-Stephens Park (adjacent to the conference hotel) for food, fun, and fellowship. We have a reserved picnic area and a reserved seating area so if you like baseball you will have a choice 1st base line seat or if you just want to visit, the picnic area provides a comfortable area for eyeball ragchewing.

We will begin to assemble in the hotel lobby at 5:00 PM and make the short walk to the ball park (transportation will be provided for those in need) for a gate opening time at 5:30 PM. You will be free to stroll over at any time if you need to arrive a bit later. Food will be served from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Our buffet menu will consist of hot dogs, hamburgers, crispy chicken, and brats along with baked beans, coleslaw, mac & cheese, chips, popcorn, soft drinks, sweat tea, and water. A cash bar will also be available. This will be an outside event so dress and plan accordingly.

The Arkansas Travelers (the “Travs”) is a Double-A minor league team of the Seattle Mariners in the Texas League with a history dating back to 1932.
